Evaluation Question 2 How effective is the combination of your main product and ancillary tasks?

How effective is the combination of your main product and ancillary tasks?

For the main resemblance between my two ancillary tasks is the picture of Anna I have used, I have two images of Anna what I used one on my poster and one on my magazine cover, in both images of Anna she is looking slightly down with her eyes looking dead on the camera, she looks evil and delusional in the pictures which is exactly what I was going for, also they are both quite dark images as that’s how I made them, the text for the title “Delusional” on the poster is in the same font as the text on the magazine cover, on the magazine cover it actually displays a picture of the poster which really improves the synergy,

I used the picture of Anna and the dark corridor with the candles as she is the main character and features right through my trailer, I took advantage of hell well the images went with the dark corridor for the poster and the magazine cover, for my magazine I follow the convention of a clean image that doesn’t cover the title, on both the poster and the magazine cover, I have used red and white text, on the poster the text is a darker red so it doesn’t not contrast so much with the black

The based my poster for my film trailer off “One Missed Call” and “Mirrors” which both follow a convention of having on central image, the title is normally in red with all the other text in white, I have other conventions of a modern poster as well such as, the main cast and production teams involved in white under the title, I have when its going to be released in maroon the same as the title, I also have the web address and a Facebook /twitter icon which adds a nice modern twist to the poster

For my magazine cover I based it off ‘Empire’ magazine taking conventions off it such as the main title being bold and red and all other text being white, having a main image and depending on what the main image is, depends on what sub title its going to display, in my case the main sub heading is across the bottom and clearly reads “Delusional” which is in the same font as the poster, where as the rest of the text on my magazine is in a different font I also have the web address and a Facebook /twitter icon  which is a really nice modern touch on it
